Business Outlook
Pros
Joined Micron as a new college graduate through their business rotational program - great projects, visibility and mentorship. My leaders have truly cared for my growth and exposure. Team members are overall very easy to work with and incredibly personable, making going to work a joy.
Cons
Not very well structured in formal career development and progression opportunities - training quality (and existence) vary between teams, team members are typically very willing to teach and answer questions but it takes proactivity from the learner's side and there is oftentimes no structure to guide someone brand new to the industry which can make ramping inefficient and employees' knowledge siloed to their own departments.
