Business Outlook
Pros
Overtime opportunities the main pro. Pay was okay. Also a great place to develop relationships and friends with co-workers. Profit sharing was excellent also.
Cons
Too much "good old boy" mentality within the Test Administrative/Management/Engineering boys upstairs. I experienced this 1st hand as part of that group at one time before going to production.
