Leading company in storage semiconductor fields. Work with many smart guys all over the world. Can learn many new things. Many volunteer opportunities. Very good DEI culture.

Cons

Change very fast if needed. Business is in cycles: good for two years, down cycles for two years. You have to work under pressure when deadline is near.
