Pros

Micron does a great job focusing on Culture as well providing a challenging atmosphere to succeed a grow.

Cons

Manufacturing isn't for everybody. There is a nonstop amount of work and improvements to be done. You have to prioritize so you don't overwork yourself.

Good pay and benefits. Subsidised meals

Cons

24/7 standby Draining as tools always down due to cost cutting alot of parts being reused. Poor work quality Keeps on tightening budget till quality is affected.

There are none. Don't waste your time looking for them.

Cons

Micron's SSD org fakes compliance with ISO audits, then goes back to business as usual as soon as the audit is over. No cohesive planning at any level. No onboarding process for new employees. In short - the most dysfunctional organization I've seen in the last 30 years.
