Good place to start out for fresh engineering grad, will get trained to adapt to their way of working and at the same time gain perspective to the nature of semiconductor industry. Will get trained on how to analyse data and make decisions as engineer.

Cons

Work life balance, and work can get monotonous sometimes. Meaning of your work extends only up to ensuring line is running smoothly and enhancing yield of your process step.
