      Good benefits, & decent pay

      Cons

      extremely prejudice if your middle aged & white male. They favor Indians severely. Also constantly looking over your shoulder for you job to be outsourced. You cannot trust them with what they say.

      Pros

      Fertility coverage for health, company generally has good motives, exciting to be working in an important industry, proud to be working on new investments.

      Cons

      Expectation that you are on all the time, even if you are not a senior executive. Under-resourced and enormous expectations. Little clear prioritization of tasks. This is a company used to being a big fish in a little pond, but that MO runs up against hiring in places like San Jose, where expectations and competition for talent are much greater.
