Pros

You will be treated well as long as you keep with fast, dynamic demands and timelines. You can learn lots of engineering knowledge associated with semiconductor processes even beyond your area. Promotion and salary adjustment were very slow but now getting faster.

Cons

Laid off- used be bi-annual but becomes an annual event. Small increment of salary or promotion will demand more responsibilities to be taken. Many times workload is too much. Very low work-life balance

Cons

Company only cares about upper management and how much money they can make. Employees are expendable and not appreciated in any meaningful way. New CEO is clearly not interested in the companies success.
