Pros
The pay is good in some areas. Not much else good to say.
Cons
Don't believe the diversity and inclusion marketing material. It's all deception and manipulation. If you are in any way different from what the team wants, you will be managed out. I saw it happen to a couple of others, and then it happened to me. Micron management fires the older workers, the ones who have mental health issues like ADHD or Autism, and gaslights employees to make them quit.
