Decent salary. Good Overtime reimbursement. Good people and good trainings provided. Few alternatives in career advancement.

Cons

Job may be boring unless you have a passion. Depends on your position you may have to work shifts and encouraged to work overtime.

Interesting and fun technical work It's a good place to learn Company has survived in a tough industry Chances to grow with the company

Cons

Badge reader No work life balance. Have to use PTO if you aren't there between 8AM and 5PM. Company likes to have it borh ways. The expect you to be available 24/7 but has no flexibility in 8-5 hours. This is for exempt employees. Must also carry a pager.
