      Pros

      Great employees at Boise site make dealing with the "cons" bearable. Cafeteria food is usually really good and priced right. Get to live in Boise.

      1. Lack of refined Back End business processes that globally integrate Marketing, Engineering, and Manufacturing. This gap necessitates navigation of ambiguous business ecosystems that are held together by human glue. 2. Marketing forecasts in certain market segments are constantly changing, resulting in whip-sawing of Manufacturing capacity enablement. 3. Over reliance on acronyms (ORA). 4. Too many managers and executives.
