Pros
Very successful and resilient company. Seems genuinely committed to an inclusive work environment. Overall compensation was pretty good, especially for the area.
Cons
Like any big company, office politics can at times get quite toxic, and there is no shortage of kingdom builders more interested in their career than in being productive and supporting their team. But, there are plenty of good people there to offset this.
