Pros
Solid company. Some great people to work with. Decent pay for the Boise metro area. Nice facilities.
Cons
Work loads are unrealistic. Management uses threats and Bullying to get results, especially in Dram. There is a "no excuses" management style - similar to Cypress. No work life balance - you are expected to work 50-60hrs every week. There is a competitive culture between different engineering groups that is counter productive to the company as a whole. Some lower to mid-level managers/supervisors have no leadership skills whatsoever. Constant threat of your job moving over-seas.
