      best in class , best memory technology , good corporate culture , strong research and development

      Grow too fast and non organic grow , too fragmented and the new companies acquired recently come with different corporate culture

      Pros

      I get to support some very interesting projects. My direct management is easy to work for, and I've been able to have a good working relationship with most of my co-workers/colleagues.

      Cons

      Cyclical industry. Like many other companies of similar size, it prioritizes investor returns over employee bonuses/expenses. No other major cons in the time I've worked there.
