      -Very busy atmosphere with lots of new and interesting projects -Get to work with some very intelligent and experienced engineers -New and emerging technology -PTO is above average -Decent starting salary and some promotions

      -Departmental management has lots of politics -Sometimes just looking for someone to blame rather than fix a problem -Career can plateau very quickly
