      Pros

      Work with a lot of excelent results oriented engineers. Relative to other semiconductor manufacturers from what I have heard we have a lot more latitude for creative problem solving and engineering. The salaries are good - I think.

      Cons

      Semiconductor industry is inherently unstable.
