Pros
The airport is close. The highway is close. There are large coffee urns and filtered water machines.
Cons
Nepotism runs rampant. Expected to protect and endorse the unskilled. Not allowed to think for yourself. Productivity is rare because of the self-identified mini-kings.Mgmt has their head in the sand. Never works to erradicate the problems in the organization which are poison pills that breed contempt and oppression. There is high-turnover. Top it off that all of the buildings have a septic smell.
