Company’s initiative to force all employees including previously remote employees back in office for 4 days a week and calling it a “flexible work assignment” is insulting. There’s absolutely no flexibility and their reasoning being “increased productivity” is ridiculous. Employee disabilities are completely disregarded, and they’re basically threatening to fire us if we don’t come back in. They’re tracking the time we spend in office as though we’re children. The value that we bring to the company is completely ignored and all they care about is office head count.

-lack of accountability. No one is really held accountable for the work that they do/ don't do. its almost dumb easy to get away with not doing anything when there a million things down. - Frequent lay off. ive been here less then 5yrs and seen 2 lay offs already. one of which happened right after i was hired -Work load.
