      Pros

      - Well known company in the semiconductor industry

      Cons

      - Expected to work late nights and weekends - No consideration for sudden illness and you start off with no sick balance - Paid time off accumulation is the worst, you'll end up with unpaid absences even if you are in the ER fighting to live - HR is terrible and makes you feel worthless for bringing in genuine complaints - Every single thing about working here will make you want to cry tbh - Compensation is clearly subpar when compared to similar tier 1 semiconductor companies

      Poorly organized and constantly changing product roadmap

      Nice facility Good team members and direct line manager Interesting work

      Cons

      Terrible project organization with products being developed in multiple sites in US and all across India and China, leading to meetings every night. Despite saying there would only be one meeting with India a week, in reality it meant every evening and early morning calls. Constant roadmap changes leading to constant replanning. Very bad implementation of CI/DevOps. Cutting costs everywhere, so no hiring in the US, only India it seems. Petty empire building going on contributes to lack of horizontal movement of staff.

      No such thing as diversity

      Pros

      The pay is good in some areas. Not much else good to say.

      Cons

      Don't believe the diversity and inclusion marketing material. It's all deception and manipulation. If you are in any way different from what the team wants, you will be managed out. I saw it happen to a couple of others, and then it happened to me. Micron management fires the older workers, the ones who have mental health issues like ADHD or Autism, and gaslights employees to make them quit.
