      Pros

      The global team is awesome. People are thoughtful and inclusive. Our market is dynamic and exciting. New leadership from SanDisk is on the right track. Hyderabad, San Jose, and Penang are rapidly growing locations. We balance work and fun. The two week closure for the US end of year holidays allowed us to disconnect and recharge.

      Cons

      New leadership always makes employees cautious and uncertain. Additional communication is necessary to reassure employees of their value to the company. To attract and retain the best talent we must continue to focus on balancing the ratio of female vs male leaders.

      Hard to move up, convoluted promotion system. Feedback isn’t true feedback. Negative or constructive feedback is softened or sugar coated.
