WFH option could have been more liberal I feel lack of right set of people at management and leadership side. Unnecessarily wasting money on that.

Micron Technology has the best culture as compared to all the IT Companies I have worked for before. Work is very good, there is a lot of on job learning opportunities. Very less hierarchy and managers are easily approachable. Good Compensation, free breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner in office during Covid times. Overall it is one of the best company to work for and there are a lot of growth opportunity as the Semiconductor business is growing.
