      Great Company to work for , Boise Location sucks :/

      Pros

      - appreciate internal promotions and job switches to advance career - lots of mentorship opportunities to early career team member - micron gives, ERGs, to contribute to the community

      Cons

      - Location - Red state, may not be great for immigrants who live alone or are single - no other companies that do sponsorship in the region, so job change will mean leaving your whole life behind. - low salary increments, as boise is considered cheap but cost of living has increased drastically over the last 4 years especially if you are renting

      > Location : Boise, some may find too quaint (i love it tho) > Some orgs have compulsory in person, and no hybrid options > No pay transparency
