Pros

Good Environment for Office Politics: This can be a favorable workplace for individuals who thrive in political environments and understand how to navigate team dynamics where favoritism is prevalent.

Cons

1. Unprofessional Handling of Performance Support Program .After being placed on PSP, I faced a lack of constructive guidance, and instead, the process often felt isolating and demeaning. Feedback was vague, and I was repeatedly criticized without clear or actionable steps for improvement. 2. **Bias and Favoritism**: Within the HBM verification team, contributions were frequently overlooked, and favoritism created an inequitable work environment. Despite taking on additional responsibilities, such as handling JIRA filings and addressing front-end design issues, my manager did not recognize these efforts, resulting in a biased performance evaluation. 3. **Negative Team Dynamics**: The team culture was impacted by internal biases and, unfortunately, office politics. Favoritism and politics affected team morale, and some team members were prioritized over others regardless of contribution, often skewing perceptions and creating an uncomfortable environment. 4. **Lack of Confidentiality**: During sensitive HR meetings, individuals who were not directly involved, such as peers, were invited, which breached confidentiality. This not only undermined the professionalism of the discussion but also caused considerable discomfort. 5. **Inappropriate Pressure to Resign**: In my final review meeting, I was given an ultimatum to resign or face termination. This approach was concerning as it did not align with professional standards and created undue pressure to leave on short notice.
