Great People & Great Senior Management - Middle Management Not so Good

Pros

- Great benefits - Very collaborative environment - Great place to learn - High concentration of brilliant people - Strong senior leadership

Cons

- Middle management are pretty awful - Pay is not competitive with the other big tech companies - Structure often pits different groups against each other for the same opportunities - Many of the performance criteria were misaligned with the "real world" work
