Company directional focus can shift quickly and without much warning, which can lead to confusion on the part of employees Commitment to released products can often fall very short of expectations for such a large corporation, which can make one feel disappointed on behalf of those who would consume such products. Very dynamic set of tools and procedures, which can sometimes be positive, and other times very frustrating. Not 100% a con, but may be upsetting to some.
