Pros

Great comp. Great benefits. Smart, fun people to work with. I would recommend working here, but watch your back. They def do not practice what they preach. Happy culture talk is a joke.

Cons

MCAPS (sales) is toxic. Political, backstabbing, fake.

Pros

When leadership is strong, it is inspiring. Incredible global scale and real impact. Brilliant, passionate people to learn from Some leaders do walk the talk Benefits

Cons

Age and experience cost you everything. 'inclusive' until you need accomodations More Brand than backbone lately Loyalty punished, not rewarded anymore.
