Pros

20% of the people are great, want to achieve cool things You feel "cool" while working there, even if you realize it's an illusion once you leave. Pretty competitive pay and benefits for the Seattle area (but low compared to what was FAANG) Truly impressive scale and chance to make an impact

Cons

80% of the people there are mostly just breathing, becoming masters of delegation, impression management, status updates, and slide decks. Top-heavy. Very few people who will actually roll up their sleeves and do the work. Red tape and slow pace can defeat your morale over time. There might be 3 people who think they have the same job you do. TC is half of potential at Meta, Google, etc.
