No work life balance

Pros

No more than 3-4 in one office. Fun days every once in a while.

Cons

Schedules are not human. There is really no work life balance. In my one year there I've never seen anyone work less than 10 hours a day, except the big bosses. Because pressure is very high there is no time for human relations. It's every one for himself, almost no helping one each other, even in the same project. I will not recommend working there unless u willing to sacrifice your time for work. By the way, the Cafe, Ice cream and juices machine not really worth it. U will not have anytime to really hang there.

Pros

Reasonable pay (neither the highest nor the lowest around). Average 401k contributions (0.5% match up to 3% of your salary)

Cons

high-deductible health insurance plan. There is a contribution by Microsoft to offset some of the deductibles, but it's not enough.
