Microsoft is a great and exciting place to work. The work life balance in the UK is sufficient and when longer hours are required this is acknowledged. Management at a regional level is fairly competent.

Cons

Senior Leadership at a global level are incredibly disconnected from the reality in the field. Expectations and business change is bent across the board to ensure success.
