Not great

Pros

The pay and the benefits.

Cons

The culture is not what they advertise it to be. HR cares more about Managers than individual contributors. The female managers I came across at this place were the worst managers I’ve ever experienced in my life. They are all petty and highly emotional, I had 6 different female managers during my time here, which isn’t a bad thing at face value. If you don’t agree with something prepare to have your career ruined. You’ve been warned.

Growth Mindset is a Lie

Pros

Benefits Money Remote Prestige Swag (rare)

Cons

Growth mindset is a lie they try to say. Had a bad review over a year ago and had a followup review 6 months after that and it was positive stating that I addressed everything. I was a high performer on the team and 6 months later (a year after the bad review) I was terminated for performance. My manager had said 2 weeks prior to that I'm on track for a promotion for the year. So I think the higherups did some query to terminate people with LITEs (bad review) within a 3 year range. Growth mindset is a lie. Didn't even get severance when I was doing really well in my role. Garbage politics and would never recommend someone to work here because everyone has a bad few months eventually because that's life.

Pros

Remote work. Other than that nothing else comes to my mind anymore since all the good benefits and pride to work for this company has gone away

Cons

Leadership lacks vision, skills, empowerment and empathy. Turned into a super toxic place and narcissists are getting promoted and rewarded for maniging out top performers which they don't like. Favoritism is at unseen levels and good 'ole boys clubs wherever you are. I was proud to work for this company but the CEO and Senior Leadership Team ruined the culture. Salary is also pretty weak compared to competitors. Previously, good WLB made up for it but that is completely gone, and so are all the good benefits. Sadly, it turned into a terrible place to work for!
