Good pay Good work/life balance most of the time Smart people Immediate team and direct manager super nice

Cons

No dedicated verification and validation team. This was pushed on the the software devs Laid off people in droves in while company made profits. Doesn't matter if you worked couple years or 10 years for the company, no one is safe from layoffs.
