      Pros

      This job is amazing I got to learn a lot from a technology I was not even remotely familiar with. The pay is great, benefits, medical care, etc.

      Cons

      It is easy to be complacent with this Job. At least in my team, its hard to get further training or time to self improve on yourself. However, I know other teams are not like this.
