Pros

Smart, mission-driven people. Lots of opportunities to take ownership and drive cross-functional impact. Strong compensation and benefits. Great work-life balance depends on the team but is generally respected. Internal mobility is possible with the right network and initiative.

Cons

Bureaucracy can slow down decision-making. Some orgs are siloed. Internal documentation and onboarding processes can be overwhelming, especially in complex technical teams. Career advancement depends heavily on visibility and networking.
