Pros

Fantastic entrepreneurial culture where your impact is only limited by the amount of effort you're willing to put in, not your role or title. Everyone here is incredibly helpful and there's a large amount of team work across the company. Beyond the challenging and impactful work, people are very fun to work with and there is a large amount of focus on employee experience.

Cons

MST aims to continue a very fast growth trend, this can often mean operating fast and thinking out of the box, but also brings some uncertainty and need to work outside of your comfort zone. Also, the majority of the company is very passionate about their work, which can occasionally make it hard to find the best work/life balance as it's difficult to stop working on a project. There's no outside pressure for long hours, but it can be hard to find the balance that works best for an individual.
