Long hrs. Low pay. If you're whole family is covered by insurance, it's around $800 a month for benefits that don't cover a whole lot.

Management is a joke. Micro management at its best. They know it all, so advice is shrugged off. They okay psychological games with you and think you don’t notice. Family owned business, corporate side is mainly family, so advancing to senior leadership....you better marry in.
