      Benefits available if you are in need of them.

      Cons

      Upper management is out of touch with the working staff, more focus is given to committees (either current ones or creating new ones). Seems like people have a meeting to see if they need to have another one, most managers seem to thrive on meetings instead of learning what it is their people do.
