Low stress, good managers, reasonable work demands The employees are friendly and everyone gets along well. Good work-life balance (nearly no hours required outside normal schedule)
Cons
Because Mid-Continent is a smaller company, advancement potential is limited. Number of paid holidays is below average. Tasks are somewhat limited at times.
