Pros

Customer oriented, privately owned bank, MidFirst contributes in the community.

Cons

I feel like there could be more leadership training for banking center managers. This would create more consistent, professional and proper treatment of lower level employees.

Pros

Small town bank with customers you know by name. Management is compassionate and willing to work with your schedule. 3 stars

Cons

Hiring process, downsized while I was there. Management needs to be more transparent. Difficult to move up, especially with downsizing.

Pros

This is my summary for the time I worked at MFB: - MFB offered a very professional environment: (I have learned so much working for MFB and was introduced to the management world with a ton of support). - Management took care for their employees: ( I was not a number). - Hard work pays off: (I was promoted 2 times during my employment of almost 4 years). - Management provided the needed training and support to their staff. - The benefits provided were excellent compared to other major employers. - Job stability/ security is impressive. - The environment and culture of MFB is a really good and a healthy one. The only reason I left was due to relocation out of state.

Cons

Although the offered salaries at the time I was there weren't bad at all for the state of Oklahoma, I think they could have done a little better for mid-level positions.
