Pros

Quiet atmosphere, perks for workers because you could check out the books & always get dibs on new ones. Good learning experience and good for anyone who needs a part time job.

Cons

I also had trouble with patrons over stepping their boundaries & had trouble with management taking it seriously. Pay is also very low & because of that the turnover is usually pretty high.

Great opportunities to advance. Flexible hours. Supervisors are very supportive and willing to help out staff and work with the to resolve issues.
