Pros

the only good thing about this place is the pay checks during the summer because you always hit commission every week

Cons

no time for family benifits are bad hard to hit commission during winter time managers always wanting to send guys home during winter so they can hit their bonus for labor and after being sent home if they send you home they want to call you back to work if they get busy. they want you to work 48.5 during the summer or more if you hit commission but they want you to work less than that during the winter so you make less money if you have kids that sucks for christmas

Pros

The benefits are very cheap. If placed at a high volume store and with a good team money can be made.

Cons

Hours, its easy to put 60- 70 hours a week in this place. Being a Assistant Manager its difficult to separate your customer service with your Technician side. The manager is always in need of help and you can find yourself pulling the weight of two positions and not being able to make any money for yourself. The company is ran on sales, when sales are up everyones happy, when there down the finger pointing starts even if its a fallen car count which could not of been prevented. The ways to correct a managers sales from being down is to make the manager work 6 days a week 12-13 hours a day hoping that the manager would learn from his/her mistakes and be more aggressive.
