Pros

Since the shops are franchised, everybody will have a different experience. The franchise I work for is absolutely awesome. They always try to accommodate requested time off. Our paychecks are always on time and accurate. And if there is an issue, it is explained calmly and patiently. They are very fair and have always had my back. I have been here for 8 years.

Cons

The only problem I have is I drive 30 miles one way for work. But I wouldn't want to work for anybody else

There is not a single pro to working here. Sales or due and they have absolutely no moral compass.

Cons

Entire management chain is full of liars and manipulation. If you quit they will keep your bonus and tell you it's legal.
