I worked for Midas for almost 3 years and I left and worked at the competition for around three years and came back to Midas recently. I came back to a company that I should have never left. Midas treats all employees as family members. Midas offers great salary opportunities and many benefits. I definitely suggest anyone looking for a career in the automotive repair industry to apply with our company

Cons

There are no cons. Employees have good works hours that are conducive to family life. We receive good salaries and excellent health benefits.

None this place was awful and full of lies even the manager was disgusted with the owner and felt bad for us techs not making any money ever.

Cons

None they make it nearly impossible to make flat rate. They hook you buy saying your going to be paid a high wage flat rate and $10 contractual but guess what you will never make flat rate

Customer areas need modernized, staff bathrooms and break areas need updated, not alot to complain about
