- Poor leadership - New leaders are more focused on empire building...than actual company building. - Slowed growth of the business - a full team of revenue leaders were let go - Budget cuts - small pool for raises and had to make a last minute switch to insurance to save costs - Lots of strong contributors leaving For anyone interviewing - would think twice
