Since the pandemic the opportunity to work remotely Facilities (gym, pool, library, food)

Cons

Leadership doesn't care at all about employees or their feedback. Only student feedback is taken seriously and into consideration. "good old boys club" with a few female representatives. Top-down management style no room for collaboration only just dissemination of work.
