Pros

Supportive Management team. Encourages education and resources to improve skills. Allows you to make recommendations and changes to policies openly, and will advise us on how to proceed or will assist us to come to an appropriate decision.

Cons

None that are not manageable (gossipers, debbie-downers- few and far between!) . This truly is the best organization I have ever worked with!

Pros

Excellent place to start off as an RN. Residency was top notch. Started in a specialty and was hand-help until ready. Definitely felt like they wanted me to succeed and felt like nurses were valued and appreciated.

Cons

Good staff retention so would take a while to move up within the unit.
