Doctors are very friendly, down to earth and understanding. Other medical staff extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and hard working.

Cons

Better management at a circus. Enough lack of communication and hypocrisy and favoritism to drive anyone crazy. No room for advancement going to college on your dime.
