3yThank you for your candid feedback. We encourage our employees bring concerns to a manager promptly and without fear of retaliation. If that meeting doesn't bring resolution, or if their original concern involves their supervisor, they are encouraged to move freely up the management tier.
When it comes to meals and breaks, Middlesex Health is legally required to follow the Labor Commission's guidelines and faces repercussions otherwise. ( ctdol.gov)
