Pros

Time flies from start of shift to end of shift. Annual wage increase.

Cons

Coworkers form cliques and will barely interact with new employees outside of training. Management will pile on work outside of job description with no increase in wage. Annual wage increase is 3% which amounts to barely 3 cents. Understaffed.

Supportive interdisciplinary team to take care of the patients. Every staff member's word is valued when talking about patient care. A very good workplace for people who truly care about their patients. Good benefits

Slow process for management level to do anything Lower pay, unable to negotiate too much
