Pros

Excellent benefits, friendly staff, great comminication.

Cons

Some areas of micromanagement. It felt like I spent more time documenting my work flow than doing my job.

Pros

Love the people, in general staff seem to be happy. Wide variety of patient demographics keeps things interesting. As a small community hospital, usually specialists are readily available and pleasant to coordinate care with.

Cons

The business aspect has been frustrating. Recently consultants helped the hospital "save money"...so, filtered water is no longer provided to staff, to name a few. Hospitalists and nursing staff often are overworked and understaffed in my opinion.
