Pros

Middlesex offers good insurance and benefits packages. Co workers knowledgable and work well together as team and independently. Flexibility with schedule at times. Offers membership to union in the homecare environment.

Cons

Management does not always support direct care staff. Supervisor of clinical services at the time was dictatorial and not supportive. Could not trust this individual to follow through on promises made. This individual has since left this position. Flexibility is not guaranteed based on needs of clients served.
