Pros

Many opportunities to increase nursing knowledge and skill level.

Cons

Opportunities for advancement revolve around favoritism. Administration tolerates bullying, despite their anti-bullying policies.

Micro managing to the max

Pros

Close by... flexible hours (sort of). The position itself was great, except for the fact that you have to do other administrative duties and not focus on the gift processing itself.

Cons

Manager was extremely micro-managing. If you like that sort of thing, then you're o.k., but after working there 4 years and having to hear about how I should be doing my job was definitely a downer.
